Minimum Qualifications

5 years of experience in program management.
Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, BigQuery, R) and reporting platforms (e.g., Tableau, Microstrategy, Business Objects).
Experience with networking technologies or products.
Preferred Qualifications
5 years of experience managing cross‑functional or cross‑team projects.
Experience in data analytics, warehousing, extract, transform, load (ETL) development, data science, or other big data applications.
Experience with relational database design and development (e.g., SQL, MSSQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
Experience administering high‑availability cloud‑based ESRI ArcGIS enterprise software instances with internal workflows, processes, and pipelines.
Experience with big data concepts or technologies: analytics warehousing, data transformation, data governance, data migrations, performance, or scalability optimizations.
Knowledge of data networking architectures and physical network components.

Responsibilities
Develop governing policies on data quality and education partner teams to ensure that Google’s global network infrastructure data is accurate, complete, and accessible.
Work with other teams to extend Google's existing network infrastructure data tools, applications, methods, standards, and processes in support of business efficiency and automation programs.
Manage operational and tactical data projects and programs, including assisting other teams with data management and translation, working with contractors on data entry management, and developing ETL procedures and workflows.
Work with technical/product/project leadership aligning product and cross‑organizational project priorities and schedules.
Design and implement build processes that increase operational effectiveness, and identify and drive automation.
