Assistant Project Manager – Multifamily Owner-Builder

Washington DC area
Compensation:
$100,000 – $120,000 base salary & benefits package
Centurion Selection is recruiting an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale housing projects.
Key Responsibilities
Support project delivery from inception through to completion
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Assist with budgets, schedules, and project reporting
Monitor site progress, quality, and health & safety standards
Requirements
Degree in Construction, Project Management, Real Estate, or similar
1–3 years’ relevant experience (residential preferred)
Strong organisational and communication skills
