
PIM/PAM Project Manager

Overview
Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC seeks a PIM/PAM Project Manager to oversee end‑to‑end planning, execution, and delivery of Privileged Identity and Access Management projects, including deployment of the BeyondTrust suite (PRA, EPM, and Password Safe). The role requires technical understanding and strategic leadership to navigate complex digital transformation initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Lead initiation, planning, and execution of PAM deployments using Agile methodologies to meet DHA ICAM objectives.
Serve as primary liaison between technical engineers, C‑suite executives, and governmental compliance officers to ensure project transparency.
Manage project budgets, technical staffing, and vendor relationships (BeyondTrust, Microsoft, etc.) for optimal delivery.
Ensure all deliverables align with NIST 800‑53, RMF, and Zero Trust architecture requirements.
Maintain dashboards and provide regular status updates on deployment velocity, system adoption rates, and Least Privilege progress.
Required Qualifications
U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Clearance.
Pass a Tier 3 background investigation for access to sensitive military health networks.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
5+ years of formal project management experience, including 2+ years focused on IAM or cybersecurity initiatives.
Proven track record of leading cross‑functional teams (Engineers, Developers, Analysts) in a government or defense environment.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or CAPM highly desired.
Foundational certification or training in BeyondTrust products is a significant plus.
Benefits & Compensation
The base salary range for the tagged location is $100,000–$120,000. This role may be eligible for variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full‑time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and other benefits.
