Location: Newport Beach, CA 92660
Department: Global Procurement Solutions (GPS) – Strategic Sourcing
Duration: -6 Months Contract + Extension possible based on performance
Shift – Normal Business hours –Monday to Friday onsite role
About the Role
We are seeking a
Technical / IT Contract Administrator
to support our Global Procurement Solutions (GPS) Strategic Sourcing and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) teams. This role plays a critical part in
managing technology contracts, maintaining contract records, and mitigating third‑party risk
by ensuring seamless coordination across Procurement, Legal, Risk, Finance, and Information Security.
The ideal candidate is
detail‑oriented, process‑driven, and comfortable handling a high volume of contracts
while working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Prepare, review, and process technology contracts using approved templates; perform due diligence to ensure compliance with company policies
Analyze, identify, and help mitigate potential risks in
low‑risk and/or low‑dollar contracts , partnering with Legal (OGC) and internal stakeholders as needed
Negotiate and prepare terms for low‑risk technology contracts with internal teams and external suppliers
Coordinate contract progress with Sourcing, TPRM, suppliers, and internal stakeholders through completion
Maintain, clean up, and manage
Coupa supplier and contract records , ensuring accuracy of data, metadata, documentation, and correspondence
Facilitate contracts through the
TPRM and Archer IRM
risk assessment process
Track key contract dates, renewals, and outstanding items to ensure timely execution
Ensure contract templates are kept current per Legal guidance and shared with the Procurement team
Support merger and acquisition contract notifications and coordinate with Accounts Payable
Interface with Accounts Payable to help resolve contract‑related payment issues
Strong working knowledge of
contracts, contract terms, and the procurement process
Previous experience in
contract administration, paralegal, legal operations, or procurement support
roles
Demonstrated ability to manage
high volumes of complex tasks
with minimal supervision
Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and time‑management skills
Ability to react with appropriate urgency to time‑sensitive issues
Strong collaboration skills and experience working cross‑functionally (Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk, Information Security)
High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment with shifting priorities
Technical & Contracting Experience (Must Have)
Experience supporting
technology contracts , such as:
SaaS, IaaS, Cloud, on‑prem software
Perpetual and subscription licenses
Click‑through agreements, open source, freeware, and hardware agreements
Familiarity with contract structures and documents including:
Master Software/Service Agreements (MSA)
Statements of Work (SOW)
End User License Agreements (EULA)
Order Forms
Understanding of
fixed‑term and auto‑renew contracts
Nice to Have
Experience with
Coupa
(contracts and supplier management)
Experience with
Archer IRM
or Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) processes
Exposure to technology sourcing events such as RFI, RFQ, and RFP
Background in
