Administrative Clerk – Vista Estero, Paseo Estero I, Paseo Estero II
The Property Management team operates and maintains our communities, serving as the frontline relationship builders. Under the direction of the Community Manager, this role monitors building traffic, manages the front office, communicates with residents, visitors, and staff, and supports administrative operations.
Responsibilities
Greets and screens all visitors and guests as they enter and leave the building.
Updates visitor log, daily log, and other front desk forms.
Answers telephones, takes messages, and directs calls appropriately.
Files, prepares correspondence, sorts, and distributes notices.
Completes property logs, incident reports, and other office responsibilities.
Enforces Community Policies and house rules.
Maintains orderly appearance of the front entrance, lobby area, and adjoining rooms.
Posts and distributes tenant notices.
Monitors the video camera system.
Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. The following are representative of the education, knowledge, skill, and and/or ability required.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel) are a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Flexibility and willingness to perform varied tasks.
Must have reliable transportation or, if driving to the site, a valid California driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance policy.

Physical Requirements
Constantly perform desk‑based computer tasks, frequently sitting.
Occasionally stand/walk, reach/work above shoulders, grasp lightly or forcefully, use a telephone, sort/file paperwork, or lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 15 pounds.
Rarely twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED and one year of receptionist or administrative experience.
Pay Range
$20.77–$23.37 Hourly – Pay based on applicable experience and qualifications.
