
Business Administrator (AP/Month End Support)

Overview
The Branch Administrator is responsible for overseeing the financial, administrative, and operational support functions of a branch location. This role ensures accurate financial transactions, efficient office operations, and effective coordination between branch staff and corporate departments. This position is essential to supporting the branch's financial integrity and overall operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations, including phones, mail distribution, supply inventory, and visitor coordination.
Maintain organized and accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic.
Provide administrative support to branch teams to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
Coordinate subcontractor onboarding, including preparation of agreements and ensuring all required documentation is compliant.
Ensure timely and accurate billing processes, including invoice creation and distribution.
Track and assist with follow-up on outstanding receivables.
Process accounts payable, including invoice entry, coding, and reconciliation of vendor statements.
Ensure all revenue is properly billed and expenses are accurately recorded to support month-end financial reporting.
Assist in reviewing month-end financial reports and help resolve any identified variances.
Serve as a liaison between corporate departments and branch employees regarding payroll and benefits matters.
Provide administrative support for HR-related processes, including I-9 verification, onboarding, and termination documentation.
Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and operational improvements.
Uphold and enforce company policies and procedures at the branch level.
