Overview
GCC Technologies is looking for a Program Manager to support a large case processing contract supporting the Department of Labor. This is for a pending proposal and position availability is contingent upon contract award. Anticipated Start date will be June 1, 2026.
Responsibilities
Managing and implementing all aspects of the contract's requirements and coordinating the activities and schedules of project managers across visa programs.
Acting as the single Point of Contact (POC) with OFLC Headquarters and appropriate Agency contract staff.
Setting project deadlines, assigning responsibilities, shifting staff as needed for visa programs, and monitoring overall cost, schedule, and performance of services delivered under this PWS.
Preparing and providing regular performance and production reports for the OFLC management team and assigned OFLC Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), identifying issues or risks to meeting contract requirements, and proposing innovative solutions or recommendations designed to continually improve program effectiveness and efficiency.
Submitting an impact report to the Contracting Officer and the COR in the event of a performance issue that could negatively impact case processing and production.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's Degree required (JD or MBA preferred)
7-10 years of proven experience in leading and managing teams, stakeholders, and complex programs.
PMP desired
English Language Requirement
All personnel performing under this contract must read, write, and speak English fluently. They must effectively communicate orally via telephone and MS Teams, as well as via email.
U.S. Citizenship
All contractor personnel performing under this contract must be U.S. citizens.
