About The Role
This hybrid role will begin with once a week onsite and progress to three or more days a week at our client’s location in Dallas, TX. The Delivery Partner is responsible for the efficient delivery of Magnit’s services to our clients, working closely with vendors, client hiring managers, and cross‑functional teams to utilize Magnit VMS and ensure smooth service delivery.
What You Will Do
Deliver day‑to‑day services for Magnit’s products and maintain quality client service and site operations, focusing on meeting contractual deliverables outlined in the Scope of Work.
Maintain and update SOPs for day‑to‑day procedures to ensure efficient operations.
Implement new processes or enhance current processes to strengthen efficiencies.
Depending on team size, scope may be limited to one product line (payroll, compliance, or staffing desk) or span multiple product lines.
Payroll Desk Responsibilities
Ensure required screenings and pre‑employment checks, conduct orientation for new workers, and maintain accurate Magnit VMS records.
Handle critical employee relations issues and request support when needed.
Resolve and follow through on all worker‑related issues promptly.
Escalate serious issues that could jeopardize Magnit’s relationship with the client or staffing supplier to the Delivery Manager.
Staffing Desk Responsibilities
Facilitate the fulfillment of temporary requisitions through Magnit VMS and manage relationships with staffing desk suppliers and managers.
Proactively meet with hiring managers to qualify requisitions and convey relevant information to approved suppliers.
Resolve and follow through on all issue related to workers, managers, and staffing agencies in a timely manner.
What You Will Need
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
3+ years of experience in MSP client services, staffing account management, or full cycle recruitment.
Experience working with VMS platforms (e.g., Magnit VMS, Fieldglass, Beeline) preferred.
Experience with contingent workforce programs, staffing vendors, or payroll operations.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation
Salary range: $70,000–$80,000 USD annually (based on experience, skills, and location).
