Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience required.
Education
Current license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Hawaii required.
Maintain active RAC-CT through the American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordination (AANAC).

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm (Ability to work rotating weekends as needed)

Capture resident acuity.
Review, edit, correct, and ensure assessments are signed.
Maximize reimbursement and resident-centered quality of care delivery.
Complete documentation of services provided through MDS review.
