At Reserve Capital Partners and affiliated companies, we are continuing to grow - and we're looking for a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager to expand our third-party management portfolio.
This role is not just about sales - it's about building long-term partnerships, creating trust, and representing our brand with professionalism and transparency.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategy to grow third-party property and asset management services
Build relationships with property owners, investors, brokers, and developers
Identify and secure new management opportunities across commercial assets
Partners with internal teams for seamless onboarding and execution
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development, real estate, or property management
Strong network within the commercial real estate community
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
Self-started with an ownership mindset
Strategic thinker with execution ability
Compensation:
This is a performance-driven role with no fixed base salary. A draw may be available for the right performers during the ramp-up period, designed to support early momentum and applied against future commissions.
Compensation is commission-based with uncapped earning potential, directly tired to revenue generated. This structure is built for individuals who can originate opportunities, build meaningful relationships, and convert them into long-term business
Top performers have the opportunity to build a significant book of business and scale their income well beyond traditional salary limits
