
Product Line Manager

Position Salary:
$170,000 - $180,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
Responsibilities
Define and execute the product line strategy in alignment with corporate goals.
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to guide product development and positioning.
Develop long-term roadmaps and investment plans for the product line.
Own the full lifecycle of products—from concept to end-of-life.
Monitor product performance and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
Serve as the voice of the customer and market within the organization.
Partner with R&D to prioritize features and innovations that drive value.
Drive cost reduction initiatives and value engineering efforts.
Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or strategy roles.
Proven success in managing complex product portfolios and launching new products.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ownership of end-to-end product roadmap strategy, including technical feasibility reviews and execution across multiple engineering and delivery teams to modernize critical product components
Experience building and scaling partner ecosystems, including onboarding of vendors, developers, and system integrators to drive platform adoption and incremental revenue growth
Leadership in defining and executing multi-cloud strategies, including evaluation of public and private cloud options, cost/performance modeling, and executive-level decision support for large portfolios
Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (product, engineering, finance, legal, sales) to structure and close multi-year customer agreements and ensure efficient product delivery
Demonstrated impact through expansion of partner networks and contribution to meaningful new revenue streams
Strong go-to-market leadership, including pricing, positioning, and sales enablement for large global portfolios
Background in evolving commercial and licensing models, particularly transitions from perpetual to subscription or recurring revenue
Experience incubating and launching new cloud-based products, supported by solid business cases and close collaboration with engineering
Acting as a technical and commercial point-of-contact for strategic, enterprise-scale customers, with responsibility for significant annual bookings
Experience in Subsea industry; International Travel should be expected.
