Resort Security Officer
The Security Officer is a part of a team responsible for the security and safety measures throughout the Hotel. They will assist in the strategic oversight of every aspect of the Resort’s physical security and safety for Guests, Residents, Employees.
What you will do
Activelyparticipateinday-to-daysecurity operations of the property to ensure the safety and security of all guests,personneland property.
Respond properlytoany hotel emergency safety situationand document guest and employee incidents.
Promote safety awareness and enforcement throughout the Hotel to reduce accidents andlossby providing training asrequired.
Assistin implementing preventive safety and security programs.
Provide basic security services, key control,guestand function room lock problems/reprogramming, guestroom safe malfunctions, and lock out.
Project an image of friendliness, professionalism, and willingness to provide personalized services to all building occupants, workers, and neighbors, whether over the phone or in person.
Make recommendations to the Director of Security and other department managers.
What you bring
Minimum one-yearpreviousexperiencerequiredin relatedposition;certifications preferred.
Requirestheability tooperatecomputer equipmentand use Microsoft applications.
Ability to work well in high pressure situationsandpossessstrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Strong problem-solving skills, ability to handledifficult situationsand guests.
Requires the ability tooperatecomputer equipment and Microsoft applications.
Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States.

A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule with the ability to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts, weekends and holidays.
