Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Springfield, GA, for a Quality Control Inspector. The Quality Control Inspector will be responsible for inspecting products, identifying defects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reporting findings to relevant teams. Duties include performing routine and detailed quality checks, maintaining accurate inspection records, working closely with the production team to address discrepancies, and supporting process improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality.
Qualifications
Proficiency in quality inspection, defect identification, and documentation
Experience with quality control procedures, tools, and measurement techniques
Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and industry quality standards
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
Analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to identify root causes
Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and report findings
Proficiency with digital tools such as Microsoft Office and relevant QC software
Pursuant of safety standards and protocols in manufacturing settings
High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or relevant coursework preferred
Previous experience in quality control, logistics, or manufacturing is a plus
