Minimum Requirements (Education/Experience)
Bachelor's degree and/or Master's degree required.
Four years of experience as an Exceptional Student Education teacher, writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning, an understanding of instructional design, and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of applications of technology required.
Proficiency in designing and delivering high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff.
Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.

Qualifications (Additional)
Master's degree in Exceptional Student Education, Reading, Elementary Education, Educational Leadership, Counseling, Psychology, or select core subject area 6-12 (English Language Arts, Math, Science, Social Studies).
Four years of experience as a special education teacher, writing individual educational plans and facilitating professional learning, an understanding of instructional design, and experience utilizing web-based data systems and spreadsheets with a variety of applications of technology required.
Proficiency in designing and delivering high-quality professional learning opportunities for teachers and instructional support staff.
Ability to plan and facilitate a group to achieve desired outcomes in working collectively to implement instructional change.
Florida Teacher Certification in Exceptional Student Education.
