PureHaven Homes is seeking to hire an office manager to join our team. If you are a self motivated and love working with people, PureHaven Homes would love to talk to you!
Responsibilities

Be the face of PureHaven for customers, vendors, and others who enter the office. Treat them friendly and make sure their stay is comfortable.
Oversee all administrative duties in the office and ensure that the office is operating smoothly.
Answer all incoming office phone calls and communication with subcontractors.
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements and help implement new procedures.
Provide administrative support as necessary for the company controller including payroll, managing lien waivers, entering subcontractor invoices, emailing vendor payments, managing insurance certificates, filing, etc.
Provide administrative support to the project managers and executive team as necessary.
Qualifications

Be a people person that enjoys interacting with others. This person will be working with clients, vendors, and the entire team at PureHaven Homes.
Must be local to the Heber Valley or Park City area.
Experience in a customer service is a plus.
Be a self-motivated. This role will require someone who is willing to jump in and solve problems. Organizational skills will be important.
Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
Experience in accounting is a plus.
