Role Overview

Business Support Officer – Family Help and Safeguarding Team, East/Central Bristol. Full‑time (37 hours), Permanent.
Key Responsibilities

Provide a welcoming first point of contact to children, families and multi‑agency partners via the advice line.
Deliver timely and efficient financial support and manage data and materials in a range of formats.
Perform a range of complex administrative tasks, progress and track work, and make live decisions.
Communicate effectively with external partners and respond to office‑related enquiries.
Receive regular supervision and contribute to a close‑knit, friendly team.
