Behavior Technician (ABA) – Part Time After School Role With Consistent Cases

Looking for hands on experience working with children in a role that actually builds your skills? One Step Forward is hiring ABA Therapists to provide in home ABA therapy in Hackensack, Montvale, South Hackensack, and nearby areas.

What You'll Be Doing:

Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy sessions

Follow treatment plans created by a BCBA

Support communication, behavior, and daily living skills

Use play based and structured ABA techniques

Collect session data and complete notes
