Warehouse Specialist
Key Responsibilities
Assist operations of DSPs and warehouse staff, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Support and enforce quality assurance protocols.
Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
Participate in daily control meetings and performance reviews.
Recruit qualified DSPs/Staffing Agencies and provide onboarding.
Design training to improve service quality.
Manage in‑house and outsourced vehicle resources.
Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
Requirements
Fluent in both Chinese and English (written & spoken).
Must have legal work authorization in the U.S.
Proficient in Excel and data‑analysis tools.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across dispatch, drivers, warehouse, and customer‑service teams.
Able to multitask under pressure while maintaining professionalism.
Comfortable with phone and email communication.
Customer service or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
No extensive prior experience required for this specialist role. If you are detail‑oriented, responsible, and have solid communication skills, this role is a great fit.
Compensation
$20–25 per hour + 1.5× overtime + monthly bonus
