Education and Experience
2-5 years exposure to Professional Business Analysis (PBA) processes and techniques.
Knowledge and Skills
Builds and sustains relationships and builds trust with internal and external stakeholders.
Adapts to new and different environments and is flexible to accept business strategic, tactical and organizational changes.
Self‑directs work through goal setting, time management and planning, continually seeking opportunities to improve processes, work and solutions that impact efficiency and results.
Pursues knowledge and understanding of county practices, political and regulatory environment within local government.
Conveys project information to diverse audiences, oral and written, in a way that is easily understandable and actionable.
Uses fundamentals of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) tools, documentation techniques and lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities
Work closely with business representatives to ensure that technical solutions being developed are in line with business needs and are articulated to satisfy business requirements.
Understand the role of business processes as described by business representatives, informing solution requirements.
Actively build knowledge and understanding of business department technology direction, strategy, operations and products/services.
