Overview
The Assistant Operations Manager – Food and Beverage Venues for the Hyatt Regency Denver at the Colorado Convention Center will oversee Former Saint Restaurant and Assembly Hall & Market within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting, and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. The person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills and helps with food and beverage cost control.
Responsibilities
Oversee Food & Beverage operations for multiple venues, schedule staff, forecast labor, train personnel, ensure compliance with laws and operating procedures, coordinate special events, manage cost control.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years in F&B management (preferred).
Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment (preferred).
Strong organizational skills, flexible schedule, team player, dynamic leader.
Open availability for any shift, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.
