This role provides strategic leadership and operational oversight across all functional task areas, ensuring that contractor personnel deliver high-quality, timely, and compliant support aligned with mission objectives, acquisition timelines, and shipbuilding milestones.
Operating within a highly dynamic and complex shipbuilding and acquisition environment, the PM is responsible for integrating multidisciplinary support functions including SharePoint and data management, administrative and documentation support, Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Earned Value Management (EVMS) analysis, Technical Support Management (TSM) deficiency tracking, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) and configuration management, and business/acquisition support. The PM proactively identifies risks related to staffing, schedule, and performance, and implements mitigation strategies to ensure uninterrupted support during critical program phases such as ship construction milestones, dockside testing, and sea trials.
