The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Maserati Shop Foreman. Located at Napleton Mid Rivers Maserati in St. Peters, Missouri, the role will lead the shop in vehicle repair and maintenance as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards.

Job Responsibilities
Perform vehicle repair or maintenance work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate regularly with parts department and service advisors to manage production and customer communication.
Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals, including employees and customers.
Keep abreast of factory technical bulletins and participate in factory-sponsored training classes as appropriate.
Inform store management of mechanical repair problems as they occur.
Maintain an organized work area.
Job Requirements
Maserati technician experience required.
Maserati certifications required.
Experience as a shop foreman.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong communication skills.
Valid driver’s license.
Minimum age 18 to comply with company driving policy.
