Privately owned women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy clinic in Winston-Salem is hiring a
full-time Patient Care Coordinator .
We are a boutique, cash-based practice specializing in pelvic floor therapy, prenatal/postpartum care, oncology support, and orthopedic conditions. Our environment is calm, supportive, and highly personalized—for both patients and our team.
We are growing quickly and looking for someone who will be the
first impression of our clinic
and help women feel comfortable, confident, and supported from their very first interaction with us.

What You’ll Do
Answer calls, texts, and emails from new and existing patients
Guide prospective patients through our services and help them schedule appointments
Manage scheduling and maintain an efficient, organized clinic flow
Follow up with leads and patient inquiries
Take payments and assist with front-end financial processes
Support marketing and community outreach efforts
Help maintain relationships with referral sources and local partners
Assist with events, workshops, and community initiatives
Keep the clinic clean, organized, and welcoming
Manage inventory and assist with daily operations
Collaborate closely with the owners and clinical team
Requirements
Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, email, and written)
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable speaking with patients, providers, and community partners
Proficient with computers and Google Workspace
Minimum Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
Preferred Experience
Administrative or front desk experience
Healthcare or wellness setting
Sales, customer service, or client-facing experience
(highly valued in our cash-based model)
Experience in marketing, community outreach, or referral relationship-building
Comfortable guiding conversations around services and pricing, and helping patients confidently move forward with care
