Job Description
Refrigeration Systems Construction & Service (RSCS) is a full-service commercial and industrial refrigeration construction and service company specializing in the design, installation, and maintenance of high-grade industrial ammonia and CO₂ refrigeration systems. We are seeking highly skilled Pipe Welders to join our team. This is not an entry-level position—candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in industrial pipe welding.
Key Responsibilities
Perform 6G position welding in both shop and field environments.
Stick welding using 6010 & 7018 electrodes.
TIG welding / stainless steel with precision and quality.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Ensure all welds meet safety and quality standards in accordance with industry regulations.
Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
Travel as required, sometimes on short notice.
Qualifications & Skills
3-5 years of experience as a Pipe Welder in the Industrial Ammonia Refrigeration industry.
Proficiency in 6G position welding, stick welding (6010 & 7018), and TIG welding stainless steel.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and self-motivation.
Must have a clean driving record and be dependable.
Willingness to travel as needed, including short-notice assignments.
