Position
Medical Center seeks an ENT for an employed position. Join a team of 3 other ENT physicians, a PA, and an audiologist.
Role Summary
This position includes surgical cases, inpatient care, and outpatient follow‑ups. The APP will work closely with surgeons and other team members to deliver high‑quality care while enhancing surgical efficiencies.
Responsibilities
Participate in pre‑operative and post‑operative management.
Conduct consultations and provide patient education.
Primarily outpatient clinical role with some OR support, including occasional inpatient follow‑up and ED call coverage during clinic hours.
Support for general and robotic surgeries, assisting in advanced procedures.
Assist with the Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System and other advanced imaging and testing.
Manage variable patient volume based on surgical caseload and clinic needs.
Schedule & Hours
Standard office hours (Mon–Thurs 8am‑5pm, Fri 8am‑12pm).
36 patient contact hours and 4 administrative hours per week.
Dedicated 90% of time to the OR, with occasional inpatient follow‑up and ED call coverage during clinic hours.
No weekend call responsibilities.
2 days in OR, 2.5 days in clinic, and 0.5 day administrative time.
Clinical Setting
Broad range of surgical patients requiring general and advanced procedures.
ENT practice with a 30% pediatric focus.
Patient panel from newborn to geriatrics.
High‑volume practice: approximately 30 patients/day and 25+ patients overall.
Dedicated RN support, 14 ORs with low infection rates.
Technology: Da Vinci Robotic Surgical System, PET scans, high‑speed CT, 3‑D mammography, 3T MRI, bone‑density screening.
Compensation & Benefits
