Key Responsibilities
Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars, and manage logistics between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers.
Assist with reviewing resumes and candidate profiles for completeness and alignment with role requirements.
Assist with recruitment activities, new‑hire orientations, and preparation of required HR paperwork.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative HR support including filing, data entry, responding to employee questions, workers' comp paperwork, and record maintenance.
Experience & Qualifications
Required: Two (2) years of HR‑related experience or recruiting experience.
Strong ability to interpret policies, maintain accurate records, and communicate tactfully with employees and the public.
Preferred: Experience with HRIS or timekeeping systems and strong attention to detail in data entry.
