Position Description
Provides leadership and hands‑on support in troubleshooting and improving production processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and continuous success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with data, and making a direct impact on operations.
Key Responsibilities
Identify process challenges and inefficiencies, then develop effective solutions to improve performance and prevent future issues.
Support a variety of data collection activities to drive informed decision‑making.
Assist in prioritizing opportunities for process capability studies and gauge utilization improvements.
Prepare reports, maintain accurate records, and communicate findings clearly.
Contribute to team success by taking on additional responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong written communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and professionally.
Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques.
Fluency in English and the primary language used in the assigned work area or location.
Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Physical & Environmental Requirements
Work involves moderate physical activity, including handling and lifting light materials on a regular basis.
Occasional lifting or moving of materials weighing up to 25‑50 lbs. (11‑27 kgs).
Ability to stand and/or walk continuously throughout an 8‑12 hour shift.
Ability to occasionally to frequently push, pull, bend, kneel, twist, crawl, and reach during an 8‑12 hour shift.
Generally comfortable and safe working conditions.
