
Packaging Equipment Lubrication Intern

We are currently hiring a Packaging Equipment Lubrication Intern located in our Breinigsville PA Brewery. This is a 10-week summer internship running from June 1, 2026 - August 7, 2026.
The Packaging Equipment Lubrication Intern will support the Maintenance & Reliability team by expanding, standardizing, and documenting lubrication practices across packaging assets. This role is hands‑on and focused on improving equipment reliability through consistent preventive maintenance standards.
What you'll brew
Assist with expanding lubrication routes across packaging equipment including gearboxes, bearings, conveyor chains, fillers, packers, and labelers.
Document lubrication standards, materials, quantities, and frequencies to support consistency and reduce reactive maintenance.
Develop visual lubrication maps and equipment tagging to clearly identify lubrication points and support technician execution.
Partner with maintenance technicians and reliability engineers to validate best practices and ensure accuracy.
Support PM development and continuous improvement initiatives related to asset care and reliability.
What ingredients you'll bring
Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field.
Basic mechanical aptitude and interest in industrial equipment and maintenance systems.
Strong attention to detail and ability to document standards clearly.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment and following safety procedures.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and basic technical documentation tools.
Learning & Development Opportunities

Experience supporting preventive maintenance and asset care strategies.
Collaboration with maintenance, reliability, and operations teams in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.
In accordance with pay transparency laws the rate for this role if hired is $18 - $20 an hour.
