Responsibilities

Evaluates patients and gathers appropriate information to determine accurate clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.

Establishes appropriate, functional, and objective goals based upon clinical examination.

Devise detailed treatment and care plans for patients.

Provides exceptional patient care and service.

Maintains friendly, cordial relations with all clients and employees; fosters a positive work atmosphere by communicating in a respectful manner.

Cultivates relationships with patients and the community.

Provides continuous communication with referring physicians and other referral sources to ensure a consistent level of care.

Maintains patient charts, clinical logs, and checklists necessary for compliance.

Ensures patient confidentiality regarding medical records per company policies and procedures and complies with all HIPAA guidelines.

Communicates well in a professional setting.

Performs additional duties as required.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s, Masters, or Doctorate Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program.

Current State of Illinois Physical Therapy license (or willingness to apply).

CPR Certified.

Experience in outpatient orthopedics.

Benefits
Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annualized. Compensation at MOR is determined by many factors, which may include but are not limited to, job‑related skills and level of experience, education, certifications, geographic location, market data, and internal equity. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
