Oaklin Lane is hiring a PTA to join our neighborhood clinic in Lake Highlands — a clinician ready to grow their skills under a supervising PT who actually has time to mentor.

What you’ll do
Deliver one‑on‑one treatment sessions under the supervision of a licensed PT
Help kids with positioning, transfers, and mobility using gait belts, walkers, wheelchairs, or other aids
Support the PT in implementing individualized treatment plans targeting strength, balance, coordination, and motor skills
Document progress, activities, and observations in our EMR with accuracy and care
Keep therapy spaces and equipment clean and safe
Show up for team meetings to collaborate on patient care and goal‑setting
Keep growing your craft through continuing education
Communicate clearly with kids, families, and your interdisciplinary teammates

Who you are
Self‑motivated and mission‑driven

Physically able to safely lift, transfer, and assist children during therapy
You bring
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Current Texas PTA licensure
Experience with the pediatric population or a strong desire to specialize
Basic understanding of common childhood physical conditions and treatment strategies
What to expect
Schedule: Full‑time · Monday - Thursday · 8:00AM to 6:00PM (with a lunch break) · Four‑day work week · No nights or weekends
Stipend for medical, vision, and dental
