Description
We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and clinically skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Intensive Children and Family Services program in Braintree, MA. This role provides intensive, family-focused mental health services to children experiencing serious emotional disturbances within home and community settings.

What You Will Be Doing To Make a Difference
Provide strength-based, trauma-informed therapeutic services to youth and their families.
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
Deliver individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including family partners, school staff, DCF, and other service providers.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with agency and state standards.
Participate in regular clinical supervision and team meetings.
Driving is required.

Supervision for licensure requirements
Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or related field required.
Licensure preferred (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT) or license-eligible with supervision toward licensure available.
Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in home or community-based settings.
Strong communication, organizational, and engagement skills.
Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply.
