Responsibilities
This onsite, contract position requires leadership in program development and performance monitoring, ensuring high standards of patient care and staff performance. Utilize your expertise in nursing management and critical care to drive improvements and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Requirements
Seven years of nursing experience, with five years in a supervisory role.
Proficiency in critical care nursing, including NICU and ICU.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Experience in program planning and development.
Ability to monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
Expertise in record-keeping and medication error tracking.
Experience in pediatric care within hospital settings.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
RN license with primary source verification.
Registration as a Registered Professional Nurse.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
