Our client is seeking a
Medical Surgical RN
to provide patient‑centered, evidence‑based nursing care within an acute‑care Med Surg environment. This role supports a diverse patient population, collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, and ensures safe, effective clinical practice. The RN is responsible for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care while maintaining a strong focus on safety, communication, and patient experience.

Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $15,000 (depending on experience/qualifications)
Responsibilities:
Provide patient and family education based on individual needs.
Maintain compliance with all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
Support patient mobility, comfort, and safety throughout hospitalization.
Perform comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate with providers.
Utilize clinical technology and electronic medical records accurately and efficiently.
Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical standards.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, discharges, and transitions.
Qualifications (Must-Haves)
Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN)
Current RN license in the state of practice.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Strong clinical assessment and critical‑thinking skills.
ACLS and PALS are required within six (6) months of hire.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical technology.
Commitment to patient safety, quality care, and compassionate service.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
Preferred Skills:
Additional certifications (e.g., ASLS) are a plus.
One year of Medical Surgical or acute‑care nursing experience.
