Phaxis Education is hiring a
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, school-based position in Delaware for the 2026–2027 school year. This opportunity is ideal for licensed SLPs who are passionate about supporting students with speech, language, and communication needs in a collaborative school setting.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Provide direct and indirect speech therapy services to students
Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
Monitor and report student progress
Location: Delaware school districts (multiple openings)
Schedule: Full–Time | Monday–Friday | School Hours
Caseload: K–12 opportunities available
School Year: 2026–2027
Requirements
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Delaware SLP License (or eligibility)
ASHA CCCs preferred (CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
