Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Wilmington, Delaware area. This is a full school-year contract with the potential for renewal.

Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of age groups and communication needs, helping them develop critical speech and language skills that support both academic and social growth.
Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
Consistent caseload in a structured educational setting
Opportunity to collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
What You’ll Do
Provide speech and language therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address a range of communication disorders (articulation, language, fluency, pragmatics)
Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate:
$50–$64/hour (based on experience)
Full W-2 benefits package
Option for
12-month spread pay
for consistent income year-round
Bonus opportunities available
Clinical advisory team for ongoing support
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible for Delaware SLP license
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred (CFs may be considered)
Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus
