Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal.

Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs in a structured and supportive setting.
Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
Consistent caseload and daily schedule
Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites
Collaborative team environment with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
Pay Rate:
$45–$55/hour (based on experience)
Full W-2 benefits package
12-month spread pay option
for consistent income year-round
Bonus opportunities available
Ongoing support from a clinical advisory team
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible Georgia SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
