Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Orlando, Florida area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal.

Position Overview
As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across a variety of grade levels and communication needs, providing impactful therapy services in an educational setting.
Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
Consistent caseload in a structured school environment
Opportunity to support diverse student populations
Collaborative team setting with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate:
$45–$58/hour (based on experience)
Full W-2 benefits package
12-month spread pay option
for consistent income year-round
Bonus opportunities available
Access to a clinical advisory team for ongoing support
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible Florida SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
