Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a passionate
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Dover, Delaware area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal.

Position Overview
In this role, you will work with students across various grade levels, addressing a range of speech and language needs in a collaborative school setting.
Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
Stable caseload with consistent scheduling
Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites
Collaborative team environment with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities
Provide speech and language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families
Compensation & Benefits
Pay Rate:
$50–$60/hour (based on experience)
Full W-2 benefits package
12-month spread pay option
for consistent income year-round
Bonus opportunities available
Ongoing clinical support from a dedicated advisory team
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active or eligible Delaware SLP license
CCC-SLP preferred (CFs welcome to apply)
School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
