Responsibilities
Assist with all ADLs, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Ambulate and transfer residents as needed
Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
Maintain confidentiality of resident and facility records/information
Perform other duties as assigned by licensed practical nurses
