Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Dental Hygienist at our West Bloomfield, MI office. The primary responsibilities include performing dental cleanings, educating patients on oral hygiene practices, identifying and managing periodontal disease, and supporting overall dental care needs as part of a collaborative team. The role requires direct patient interaction and commitment to delivering exceptional care with a focus on patient comfort and well-being.

Qualifications

Expertise in Dentistry and Dental Care, with a strong focus on patient-centered practices

Proficiency in Dental Hygiene and Dental Prophylaxis techniques

Knowledge and experience in identifying and managing Periodontal Disease

Effective communication skills with the ability to educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care

Current Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in the state of Michigan

Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and professional environment

Team-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills

Experience with modern dental tools and technology is a plus
