Pediatric Dental Assistant (Boutique Pediatric Practice)
We’re a boutique pediatric dental office focused on creating a calm, fun, and personalized experience for every child and family we serve. If you enjoy working with kids, value a positive team culture, and take pride in delivering high-quality care—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do
Assist the dentist during pediatric procedures and exams.
Help create a positive, low-stress experience for children of all ages.
Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms.
Take dental radiographs (per state guidelines).
Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and preventive care.
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting.
Support front office tasks as needed—we work as a team.
What We’re Looking For
Pediatric dental experience is a plus, but not required.
A naturally warm, upbeat personality—someone who genuinely enjoys working with kids.
Strong communication skills with both children and parents.
Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Current certifications as required (X-ray, CPR, etc.).
