Position Summary
In this role, you’ll work 1:1 with children to implement individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build communication, social, and daily living skills in a fun, nurturing setting.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Provide direct ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA
Collect and record data on client progress
Follow behavior intervention plans with consistency and care
Collaborate with families and therapy team members
Create a positive, encouraging environment for each child
Support skill development through structured activities and play

Requirements
Active RBT certification required
Experience working with children, especially those with autism or developmental delays, is preferred
Passion for pediatric therapy and child development
Excellent communication, patience, and flexibility
Ability to work on-site
