Compensation
Pay:

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour

Bonuses:

$300 90-day reliability bonus

Job Type:

Full-time or Part-time

Schedule:

Flexible shifts (4–12 hours); occasional 24/7 shifts available

Service Area:

Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, Volusia counties (and surrounding cities)

What you'll do (typical duties)

Provide personal care and hygiene support as needed

Assist with mobility and safe transfers

Help with activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)

Meal preparation and hydration reminders

Light housekeeping (tidying, laundry, dishes)

Shopping, errands, and transportation

Pick up prescriptions and assist with telehealth visits

Provide companionship and emotional support

Minimum requirements

18+ years of age and authorized to work in the United States

Valid driver’s license and a reliable car

Available to work in Baker, Clay, Duval, Flagler, St. Johns, Nassau, and Volusia counties

CPR certification

Level 2 background check

1-hour Alzheimer’s training

HIV/AIDS training

Work location
In person (client homes in your local area across the counties listed above).
