What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, well-rounded technician role where you’ll work both independently and alongside DVMs and clinical staff.
Clinical Responsibilities
Perform and assist with diagnostics
Support surgical procedures and patient care
Calculate and administer oral and injectable medications
Review lab work and patient records
Patient & Client Care
Educate clients on treatment plans and preventative care
Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
Ensure a high standard of patient advocacy
Operational Excellence
Maintain detailed and accurate patient record documentation (EzyVet is our in-house system)
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow
Prioritize tasks in a fast-moving clinical environment
What We Require
2+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
Surgical experience and confidence supporting anesthesia monitoring
CVT / LVT / RVT strongly preferred (but not required)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and organization
Ability to stay adaptable and composed in a fast-paced setting
Solid clinical judgment and independent work capability
A team-first mindset with openness to feedback and growth
What We Offer
The pay range for this position is $25/hr - $28/hr
$2,500 sign-on bonus based on experience
