Summary:
The manufacturing Technician provides and supports manufacturing equipment, materials, and processes to production, ensuring products are assembled efficiently, meet customer quality expectations, and deliver on time.
Responsibilities
Creates and maintains machine programs and profiles for new and existing products
Aids in maintaining product routings, drawing packets, and interpreting instructions/specifications for manufacturing operators
Troubleshoots operator problems, works with leadership on training and process improvements
Communicates problems to engineers and/or leaders
Assists in testing and qualification for new equipment, materials, and processes
Assists in performing experiments for failure analysis and root‑cause analysis
Recommends additional equipment needs to leadership and/or test engineers for product debug areas
Participates in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities
Complies with and follows all company security policies and procedures
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Works on problems of moderate scope where analysis requires review of multiple factors; exercises judgment within defined procedures to determine appropriate action and builds productive internal/external working relationships
Develops professional expertise, applying company policies and procedures to resolve a variety of issues
Receives general instructions on routine work and detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Ability to effectively train diverse groups
Good analytical skills; ability to assimilate a wide range of data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Effective interpersonal, multitasking, organization, and prioritization skills
Attention to detail and discretion, confidentiality, independent judgment, and professionalism
Ability to work with minimal supervision, exercising discretion and independent judgment
Understanding and ability to use continuous improvement tools
Strong customer service and client focus
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and WebEx conferencing software
2‑year engineering or technical degree preferred, or equivalent education and experience
Ability to support a 24/7 global business operation as required

Shift: Shift 4, Work Schedule: F‑Su 0600‑1830 (Full Time)
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $24.260 to $30.330 per hour. Many factors are considered in compensation decisions.
Benefits include Bonus Plan, 401(k), Paid Time Off, and Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance.
