Position Summary
Clinical Concierge Medical Assistant – a hybrid role that expands clinical responsibilities and coordinates patient care within the scope of a Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C) license. You will work closely with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure the best possible health care outcomes and patient experiences, supporting the unit through excellent patient service and clinic management assistance.

Schedule: 8 am – 8 pm (3 × 12‑hour shifts)
Location: Washington, Idaho, or virtual care services
Compensation
Base hourly rate plus unique earning potential:
$2.50 /hr Indigo Premium on top of base rate for all hours worked
$1.75 /hr X‑Ray Certification Premium for employees who become trained and certified
$1.25 /hr Weekend Differential for staff who work weekend shifts
Extra shifts and float incentives awarded when applicable
Monthly Indigo Incentive Program with a payout rate of up to $300/month
Pay range: $22.34 – $32.14 USD. Compensation is influenced by skill set, level of experience, certifications, and education.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with physicians, clinical staff, front office staff and clinic management to ensure comprehensive health care outcomes
Perform a variety of functions within the clinic setting requiring specialized knowledge and integration of available standards, resources, and data
Advocate for ethical and holistic care promoting the autonomy, dignity, and health of patients from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds
Create and provide a safe and supportive environment for patients
Requirements
Washington State Medical Assistant‑Certified (MA‑C) or interim certification acceptable for up to one year from issue date
Current BLS Certification or ability to obtain through an in‑house training program
Minimum one (1) year experience in a physician’s office or other medical facility preferred
Exceptions may be made for applicants in an externship or residency program with active or pending Washington DOH MA‑R certification within 7 days of hire
For Idaho applicants: Current CMA certification by AAMA, NHA, or NCCT; WA state MA‑C license or WA state MA‑R license endorsed by Indigo within the first 30 days of employment
