Systems Engineer Sr. Staff

As a THAAD System Engineering Technical Lead for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) program, you will serve as the primary technical interface between the customer and Lockheed Martin program management.
Responsibilities
Identify and document future capability development for the THAAD KSA Program
Ensure all Lockheed Martin components are synchronized on technical issues and future capability development plans
Support THAAD KSA proposal efforts, providing technical input and insight
Coordinate across development, production, and post‑production components
Act as the primary interface with the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) KSA Chief Engineer
Lead technical solutions to emerging KSA THAAD issues
Attend and approve all KSA‑related changes at WSEIT CCB
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Experience with missile defense systems (THAAD, Patriot, Aegis, etc.)
Experience supporting and troubleshooting system‑level integration
Experience supporting proposal efforts
Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance; US Citizenship required
Desired Skills
Understanding of overall system engineering and AGILE process
Active Secret Security Clearance
Deep knowledge and understanding of the THAAD Weapon System
Experience briefing leadership (internal and external) on issues
Experience troubleshooting system‑level integration and testing events with THAAD
Experience developing a technical baseline for proposal activities
Security Clearance
Position requires a government security clearance; applicant must be a US citizen.
Clearance Level: Secret
