Position: Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) – PRN to Part‑Time (Home Health) in Creston, IA + Surrounding Areas.
Role Overview
Provide assessment and treatment for patients in a home health setting.
Complete accurate documentation and develop new programs.
Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Present in‑services and assist with department operations.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology.
CCC‑SLP from ASHA or eligibility; state licensure or eligibility.
Additional Details
Part‑time hours with optional full‑time hours including hospital coverage in Leon, IA.
Expected workload up to 20 hours per week.
