
Part-Time Nurse Practitioner

The TwelveStone Infusion Centers LLC manages the infusion needs of patients and maintains the continuum of care, from intake, assessment, and treatment through the completion of their visit. Our primary focus is the safe and effective administration of biologic medications (e.g., Remicade, Tysabri, etc.). We also offer a full range of infusion services, including antibiotics, hydration, vitamins, iron, and steroids. On occasion, there is a need for sterile dressing changes and lab draws.
Part‑Time Nurse Practitioner – Columbia, SC
Responsibilities
Provides patient‑ and family‑centered IV infusion care. Facilitates consistent, coordinated care and clear communication among all team members; incorporates patient and family in care planning and treatment across settings. Serves as advocate for patients and families navigating the healthcare system.
Communicates and collaborates effectively with physicians, health professionals, agencies, patients and families. Works with multidisciplinary team members; promotes mutual respect and trust within a team model. Reviews, updates, and recommends relevant medical, clinical, and administrative policies, procedures, and educational skills to help assure high‑quality patient care.
Actively participates in quality initiatives. Maintains accurate and timely records and reports; participates in patient service and program reviews.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience
Master’s degree in nursing from an accredited nursing school. Active and unrestricted Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and Registered Nurse license in the state of practice, as well as current active board certification with ANCC or AANP. May substitute a degree and certification from NCCPA with an active, unrestricted state license. Must have a current CPR certification (BLS minimum, including hands‑on/in‑person assessment).
Experience: 2 years of experience as an NP or PA in a clinical setting required, or 3+ years as a Registered Nurse in oncology, ER, ICU, and/or infusion center. Infusion experience is required. Must demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise in working with patients with acute and chronic illnesses.
