The Opportunity
Lyra’s provider network includes in-person and virtual therapists, physicians, and coaches across the US. With our advanced matching technology, supportive provider platform, and opportunities for training and clinical consultation, joining our network offers opportunities to focus on client care with support for the administrative aspects of practice.
Role Fit
This opportunity is ideal for independently licensed clinical therapists interested in providing culturally responsive, evidence‑based therapy for children, adults, couples, and/or families. We encourage clinicians with a caseload spanning mild to complex and severe presentations to apply. Providers receive administrative and marketing support, easy invoicing, and quick payments. The ability to work with clients in person through a private or group practice is strongly preferred. We are seeking clinicians who can work with clients in these locations: Albany, Utica, Buffalo.
Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree from a clinical track (e.g., MSW, MFT, MC, MMHC, PhD, PsyD)
Unrestricted license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD, PhD) to practice independently without supervision, with no current, past, or pending disciplinary action
Experience and commitment to evidence‑based treatments (e.g., ACT, CBT, CPT, DBT) and clinical best practices (e.g., measurement‑based care, skills practice)
Ability to provide care to children, adults, couples, and/or families, with a strong preference for in‑person care delivery
Must have office space with ability to see clients in the New York area
Experience managing risk and responding to clinical crises, as needed
Full‑time resident of the United States
